Our refined fast-casual concept offers our customers a “build your own bowl” model that is customizable, onolicious yet nutritious for those eating on the go.
THE CONCEPT
The Poké Bowl craze in Los Angeles is more than serving raw seafood over rice and an in-demand summer craving. H2O Poke Fish & Grill focuses on serving premium seafood proteins, accompanied with over 18+ sides and umami-rich toppings at an inexpensive cost. Customized to different tastes, our restaurant also creates inventive takes such as our Sushi Burritos, Poke Tacos served in a Crispy Seaweed Shell, and our Handcrafted Fresh Lemonade available in four different flavors.
